Some very nice people among the rank and file.

Arrogant management. Don't expect a bar-be-que at the bosses. Even the management don't socialize among themselves. Never met such a bunch of unhappy people. Management can't be bothered to greet staff in the AM or as they walk through the office. Sales compensation plan changes so often that you never reach the last goal they set for you. But they will harangue you for not meeting it. Some supervisors lack people skills, but are allowed to harass staff continually. Only the desperate would stay there.

Not really anything to share here. Nothing in the way of pros.

The point at which a company wants a website is long before Innuity gets a hold of them. In a market that is considered somewhat of a commodity. Innuity does a horrible job of getting out to small business owners. It is a tough market to try and get traction in and Innuity does a horrible job in it.
