      Avantages

      Executive management has the best intentions for making the company a positive place to work, and they are good people. There are some really great people who work there. Projects are also interesting.

      Inconvénients

      There's a lack of organization and follow-up around making processes better and easier. I experienced a clique culture on my team that resulted in a loss of opportunity and growth. Work/life balance is not regarded as highly as working many overtime hours. I felt constant high pressure to produce, and this stressful environment takes its toll. There has been a high turnover, which makes it even harder to get ahead of the workload.

      Avantages

      Decent pay, most people on the team were nice, really nice product, flexible work schedule as long as you got your work done and weren't traveling. Big name clients, looks good on a resume.

      Inconvénients

      High work load, like high, slammed all the time. Working late and around the clock was praised. Managers don't have good idea of resource leveling and management. Leadership generally was out of touch. Furniture industry itself was quite unstable. Lots of layoffs and felt unstable like your job could be taken at anytime.
