      Benefits and Opportunities to learn more were excellent. Pay was good bonuses were average. Clients were usually happy with services provided

      Some employees were stretched too thin, above average performers carried the weight of other team members. Poor performers were not coached and impacted overall team

      Avantages

      Since it was a small company the major pro was that there was lot of transparency. A great set of people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of opportunity for diversification in skill set.
