      Not suitable for people with family and children No Work-Life Balance, you will find only work and work here even on weekends. Fewer people in the team so more workload and pressure. The environment is not suitable for people coming from big MNCs.

      Avantages

      Since it was a small company the major pro was that there was lot of transparency. A great set of people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of opportunity for diversification in skill set.
