Avantages
It used to be a great company before BioNTech acquired it! Working on many projects in many fields with many stakeholders. They only require you to work 2 days per week in the office (Tuesdays and Thursdays, negotiable if you are located far from the company's HQ), and you can work remotely the rest of the week, I used to go to the gym these days! (paid by InstaDeep 🤩), Highly recommended if you don't mind working in Bioinformatics.
Inconvénients
After the acquisition, we started feeling that we had become the maides for the shady pharmaceutical German company! Working only on their projects and only with them! (At first, they said they would also give us the freedom to work on our projects!) I wouldn't accept this acquisition if I were in Karim's and Zohra's shoes!
