They regularly took the time to explain project context, share user insights, and were always open to my suggestions for enhancing UI/UX (Specially Harshit Sharma & Jyoti Swaroop Sir). Weekly sync-ups between tech and marketing ensured my work was aligned with business goals, and I received valuable mentorship on both technical and communication skills. Feeling heard, trusted, and part of a larger mission truly made a difference.

Sometimes tight deadlines—but the inter-team support more than made up for the pressure.
