      --Company is growing really fast --You get to work on lots of different things! --You get exposure to clients and see the impact that your work has on their business --Collaborative culture --Company is really flat --CEO is smart and spends time with each of the teams

      Inconvénients

      --Your put onto a lot of projects, sometimes to many, but if you speak up they'll reduce the workload
