      Avantages

      Great scientific team. Very knowledgeable and willing to share expertise. Lots of fun.

      Inconvénients

      Describing Executive Committee as clueless would be a compliment. Incompetent, deceiptful, uncaring. Stock fell 96% during my tenure. Three layoffs in 4 months, final one resulting in shuttering of US operations. Appear to have retracted severance package they told us we would receive.

      Big team dynamic, fast pace learning for junior staff, wear multiple hats, management was open door and easy to talk to

      Inconvénients

      Many competing priorities, not enough people to do some work while many people with not a whole lot to do.
