      Avantages

      Good environment, a lot of motivation behind projects, cool staff and coworkers and space for development in many areas (not only related to your engineering degree).

      Inconvénients

      Lack of organization leading to multiple projects at the same time and sometimes thrown into something without proper preparation by superiors
