Avantages
Some of the staff at in-sync are awesome to work with. Also, if you are a very senior marketer, you'll probably be paid well and enjoy working on projects for a time. Everything looks great on paper and you'll likely be greeted with a smile by your colleagues and maybe management, but it is all superficial
Inconvénients
In-sync management is extremely disengaged and truly could not care about individual employees. They are more likely to promote you (18 months after you've been given the workload of the next highest position) if you are white, nod and do as you're told and are willing to commit 100 hours+ a week. The company has gone downhill quite a bit and the current co-managing directors (CEO equivalent) will smile at you, knife you in the stomach and then reframe it and report all the "great things" that's going on to corporate head office.
