      Avantages

      Excellent Work/Life Balance and Upper Management as a whole cares about the well-being of their employees. Fair compensation and great benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Intact management used to hire, follow and promote core values which treated everyone equally based on the content of their character and qualifications, regardless of their background. Now new "woke" management has pivoted to implement endless, divisive, social justice campaigns which appear to promote identity/gender over competency. This has lead to top quality, hard working talent leaving because they want to work, not be part of political campaigns.

      Thank you for your review. We are very disappointed that you see our attempts to be inclusive and diverse as biased. Our employees have opportunities to prove how competent they are for the role they aspire to reach. We are sorry you seem to think this is based on their identity, and that our initiatives to include everyone doesn't align with what you think makes a fair and welcoming workplace.
