      Don't see any pros about this place a BI-WEEKLY pay check lol love waiting two weeks to be paid.

      Inconvénients

      They ruin the expirecnce of workin In this field for me. Im bigger guy so I get stuck sitting around with behavior individuals. Got job here to be with other individuals and to enjoy the day i sit around in a cubicle every work fay with one individual theres plenty of men here but some arent exspected to do as much as others. PAY IS CRAP AN bi-weekly you get little to no personal time off if your outta time instantly written up. HIGHER UPS they dont care about staff. Normal jobs give so many days off an sick days nope not here you gotta "earn" that personal time it's all a joke.

      There are no pros to working here.

      Inconvénients

      The clients. Management is terrible Unethical business practices No breaks or lunch allowed on an 8 hour or more shift, which I am not even sure is legal. Residences are filthy, residents are slobs that exist only to lay around, eat and produce bodily waste. Pay is bad Co-workers are not too bright, but think they are. You get ambitious co-workers who argue with you about the best way to clean up human waste. Schedule sucks Constant staffing problems. You will never leave the job at the end of your shift because of it. Need more? I can go on.
