      Salary is great but you’ll still be expected to do your work and the work or four other people

      Inconvénients

      Allegedly family first, but far from the truth. Expect to get grilled when you miss a few days at work - even for emergencies. Company is mostly old white men, bro types in their 40s -and they like to manslpain,

      Avantages

      Management is invested in your growth and treats you with respect. Very good work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits can be improved. Other than that I dont see any cons.

      * Very involved management, in a good way * Great compensation, although total compensation package is only decent * Great training benefits and internal training leading to industry certs

      Inconvénients

      * Not a lot of work comming in. Layoffs have become common.
