Avantages

The benefits are excellent.

Inconvénients

This has been one of the most toxic workplaces I've experienced in my career. People are promoted based on loyalty, rather than skill set, and managers seem more interested in playing petty mind games with than actually getting anything done. For most people there is no where to go - so don't expect growth or career advancement from this place. Truly terrible. This is where people come to completely stagnate and die. Unless you are truly desperate for work, stay away!!

Solid base pay and incredible benefits Welcoming atmosphere and fun coworkers Pride taken in the work that is performed

Inconvénients

Each department has their own busy seasons where unpaid overtime is becomes almost essential and using PTO is highly discouraged Executive office and high level IT team members sometimes appear to make rash decisions that hurt the company’s image to their clients and inconvenience lower level employees
