      The team is small so it feels like a family, the workload is high but there is training and support. One thing I will say is the skills picked up here are invaluable

      Avantages

      The employer was very supportive and considerate. The Manager had individual approach to every employer and treated everyone fairly and respectfully. Although he was very demanding and required hard work, he was always considered family and life situations. Even though the salary is low, your well-being and life is well-looked after in this company.
