Avantages
I have not seen any. For many this review might look as a pessimist view but trust me you'll get to know if you join here.
Inconvénients
No employee friendly policies. Bossism and slavery culture. No training No domain experience They will screw your knowledge. If you stay there for long then your career is finished as you won't be able to learn about the latest trend/technologies. No process is there but managers will always advice to follow process. No proper infra. It's like a government office. Employees are forced to work like donkeys. No cab facility. Salary is just a showoff. They never give a penny of your variable component. It's more a consultancy bcoz they don't have there own projects. They claim to have been started 30 years back but by seeing the office, policy etc it looks worse than any other a IT startup. Managers don't have any managers. They even scold employees in front of everyone. They will not let you to learn any technology as they will make you work on some useless things that too not for a long time. For everything there is a bond to trap a good resource. No good resource stays after bond period as there is no growth at all.
