Company has vision but only in paper, very bureaucratic and absolutely zero interest in development of good leaders, Top management (MD & JMD ) are great people with good business acumen but with their limited time and limited knowledge on certain areas (Support functions) are hugely dependent on next level senior management.None of the senior staff are exceptionally talented and all are reached top position with long association with the company and earned the trust of MD & JMD. They may have worked sincerely in the past but now they have developed inferiority complex and not allowing junior level to grow. So if you are working as manager/ Sr. Manager your Scope will be very limited and you will never get genuine feedback about you. one more drawback about the company is top management wants complete control on everything and same culture is visible in every where. every one wants to control everything without giving any space to work freely and as mentioned earlier due to inferiority complex you will not be allowed to discuss with next level people. So if you really interested to grow professionally it may not be the right company. It may be good company for local candidates who want to stay with family and with limited ambition on career.Otherwise think twice before joining. Appraisal policy is one of the worst in IT industry. it is generally delayed for two years and HR team use this as a tool to harass employees. Finally Please consider all aspects before accepting the job offer, please make some basic back ground verification of reporting manager, his qualification etc. don't go by +ve /-ve reviews most of them may not be genuine.
