Management and employees are extremely competent and have high personal character. Tough but fair boss who also cares about employees' professional and personal development. Flat hierarchy and small team allows you to take on more responsibilities and have ownership of projects very quickly. Consistently interface with brilliant PhD students and academics, working on projects similar to academic research but with a real-world application.
Inconvénients
Requires a certain risk-seeking personality to constantly work on research projects that have a small chance of success but a potentially large reward down the road.
