      Tendancies towards a gossipy atmosphere Under staffed and lack of appreciation Management have a severe lack of training around how to actually support and manage people as well as how to treat staff with respect.       -favoritism and office politics allows unqualified people to move up -workload is unmanageable -unclear responsibilities -pretty clear some people coast by with doing nothing while the other ends up doing all the work
