      - book keeping/cash flow - sales driven (strong revenue poor product) - warring departments and finger pointing - some really low bar hires that stay too long and bully others

      -favoritism and office politics allows unqualified people to move up -workload is unmanageable -unclear responsibilities -pretty clear some people coast by with doing nothing while the other ends up doing all the work
