      lack of leadership lot of internal issues in Europe not handled by HR and by Regional Managers with peers from other office attempting to ridicule colleagues on customer calls and later they are promoted as "examples" to follow

      -favoritism and office politics allows unqualified people to move up -workload is unmanageable -unclear responsibilities -pretty clear some people coast by with doing nothing while the other ends up doing all the work
