      Avantages

      Simple to use home grown tool. This is their selling point where people get lured.

      Inconvénients

      Everything. CTO says in last one hour you earned $20 but you did $0 worth of work. Yes this has happened. CTO assumes to be a Scion of a CEO who is running a mom and pop shop feeding off international students who are on OPT and need employment. They are lured of being a product company. The company doenst sponsor visas but lure that they would. The company had made my life hell for those months. I have worked in larger organizations later and laugh at myself how poor I was to make this choice.

      The product developed by the company is immensely powerful.

      Inconvénients

      No Cons. It is doing extremely well for a budding company.

      Avantages

      They have developed very powerful structured data analytics capabilities. They have an impressive (albeit short) list of very high profile customers (Roswell Park Cancer Institute). They have managed to stay in business and compete against a blue ocean of competition in the Business Intelligence marketplace. They are quite agile and can respond to customer requirements for deep levels of customization. Their customers love them.

      Inconvénients

      Their CEO is the founder and controls all business decisions. He will not take advice and stay with it. He is continually second-guessing professional advisors and employees.
