      Avantages

      Remote workers have flexible hours, On-boarding with HR and IT is organized, Salary is very good

      Inconvénients

      Little to no ability to 'move up' in the company, very quick company changes take place which must be agreed upon to maintain employment, Health insurance is expensive, an employee must be very flexible and knowledgeable as training is minimal in some job areas

      it used to be better than it is now. still better than most jobs. colleagues are friendly, and leadership is supportive. competitive pay.
