      Due to NOAA's funding and availability, there was uncertainty about how long a contract would last, but this is not a fault of IS. Regular timesheet reporting Salary did not change with inflation

      Very hands off when it came to temporary hires, and attentive when issues came up. A great experience working for them

      Avantages

      Pretty well paid, mostly "hands-off" and able to work directly with colleagues in the office. Very prompt with travel reimbursements. For full-time employees, benefits are great and match pretty well to the Federal employees' benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Be sure to communicate so that you really know when your contract ends - both with your office supervisor and with I.S.
