      Very caring of its staff. Senior management always wants to listen and adapt. Uses their guiding principles as a guide for employee success.

      Inconvénients

      Starting pay may not be the highest. Increases are based on hitting goals and initiative.

      Great opportunity for advancement, I advanced twice in the two years I worked with them.

      I had to move back home and couldn't remain employed from thousands of miles away

      Avantages

      Good place to learn and get your feet wet. After that, take your knowledge and go and grow.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of backstabbing and people unwilling to take accountability. Unfortunately, if you did not speak up for yourself, you didn't last long or were not in the "in" crowd.
