Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate and consider all feedback given so that we can make ITG a better place for our employees to work. I'm disappointed to hear of your experience with ITG since it is our goal to make ITG the best technology company as well as make it the best place that our employees have ever worked. That being said, we are taking note of your stated concerns and are working to avoid repeating those mistakes. I also want to take a minute and specifically address a few of your concerns. By design, ITG is team-oriented. We strongly believe that in our industry, collaboration is one of our best tools for problem resolution. Thus, our environment is, by default, team-oriented; I apologize if you found that debilitating. We also make it a point to ensure that our employees are appropriately compensated for their work, and if you found that was not the case I do apologize.
