Learning Discipline & Work Ethic – The work requires attention to detail, accuracy, and meeting strict deadlines, which helps build professional discipline. Opportunity to Earn Overtime Pay – While extended hours are mandatory, compensation is provided for extra work.

Inconvénients

Monotony of Work – The cycle of document review becomes repetitive and offers limited intellectual stimulation after a point. Limited Career Growth – The scope for advancement is narrow since the core nature of the job (document review) remains the same at all levels. Work-Life Balance Issues – Extended and mandatory overtime reduces flexibility and personal time. Low Salary Growth – Increments are relatively small, which limits long-term financial progression. Skill Transferability – The skills developed are very niche to e-discovery/document review, not directly applicable to traditional legal practice in India.
