      Avantages

      Manhattan office, convenient location, adequate salary.

      Inconvénients

      Main application looked like a software aggregation, big and slow; Daily tasks were rushed out but never gave developers the whole picture of the design/architecture; team members were just following daily instructions and acted like workhorses; Old and redundant codes scattered throughout; no one had time to optimize and the upper levels didn't care anyway, just wanted to get jobs done in a day or two; The top was a business man and was not technical and he didn't understand its application was in bad shape. Even customer complained repeatedly about data lagging performance but they blamed it on customers' servers.

      Avantages

      Overall, the company has been growing as of 2015, and received work which encompassed most of the traditional tasks needed in business analysis of software. The developers have been very sharp, level-headed, and a pleasure to work with in all regards. Some of the PMs were also bright and effective in managing large workloads.

      Inconvénients

      Typical of a small firm, some products receive less effort from management to enhance/support. The benefits were sub-par compared to industry standard, and unrewarding compared to the work- all of which related to back-office operations.
