Perspective commerciale
Avantages
People are smart and very switched on. Lots of systems in place for a company only 10 years old. Senior management seem to care and are trying very hard to do right by staff and create positive work environment for staff.
Inconvénients
No pay or promotional transparency. Whilst a for-profit there is a culture of expecting people to do things because it "feels good", and stay around for lower pay out of loyalty. There are some concerns over gender and racial diversity across the company with a click or elite group in the organisation who drives decision-making. Decentralised style means it easy to never know whats going on in rest of company which makes you feel a little lost. Everyone is constantly overworked and stressed out.
