      Avantages

      The people there care and try their best to form a collegial environment despite it being a small business with few resources.

      Inconvénients

      There are few benefits. The insurance is expensive. There are no annual bonuses for performance, and the 401K contributions don't vest for five years, even when your contract is four years.
