Avantages
OK Salary, ability to transition into different roles and areas New acquisitions are generally very good companies with good people.
Inconvénients
Everything is about sales and making us seem attractive to a potential buyer. Operations is a mess and is not given the necessary strategic focus, it's all about getting a new sale, whatever the consequences may be. Most of the talent coming from acquisitions eventually leave and is replaced by junior people which has left a huge gap in talent. I've been lucky to get a good manager but most employees are treated very badly and are considering leaving. Even if you manage to get a good role it's not a company you would want to represent. Management also reaches out personally to ask people to give 5 star reviews on glassdoor.
