Avantages
Absolutely Zero. No Pro that I can think of.
Inconvénients
1. The so-called CEO and top management will go behind you and talk bad about you in all the other departments without realizing that only 10 people work in the company. hahaha. Employees are not fools. By one or the other way, they will come to know. 2. They will promise you reimbursement before doing the task. But when the task is done, they will come and tell you that you will only get 10-20% of the total reimbursement they promised. 3. Every two to four weeks, at least 2-3 employees disappear. They either abscond or leave the company due to too much work pressure. You cannot simply ask a fresher or 1-year exp people to develop, test, and release the application. 4. 2 Months notice period without pay. This means that the company doesn't want you to pay your rent, EMI, eat or live after you resign. 5. You cannot take any leaves during the notice period even if you have 10 paid leaves in your account. It will be marked as leave without pay. 6. There won't be any training or KT. You will have to start working on the same day you join otherwise you will get abused on your 1st or 2nd day itself. 7. They will go ahead and change the company policy as they like whenever you ask a question against the management. 8. You will be working 12-14 hours a day, even on the weekends, on public holidays, etc., etc. 9. They will fire anyone overnight. You will go to the office tomorrow and you won't even know who is working and who left the company. 10. They will give you only 10 leaves per year, that too after 6 months probation. But the funny thing is, only 5 will be carried forward to the next year.
