The team here is one that you want to work with — there is mutual respect, support, and opportunities for growth. I really like that it's easy to ask for help here and just as easy to get it. There are many strong specialists from whom you can learn simply in the course of your work. And at the same time, no one looks down on you — the atmosphere is very healthy. I like that they trust me. There is room for my own decisions, initiatives are not lost, ideas are discussed. If you want to grow, there is an opportunity to take on more responsibility and develop. The projects are varied and often complex, but that's what keeps you on your toes. You don't feel like you're standing still. For me, Intellectsoft is a place where I feel comfortable working, developing, and just being myself.
