      For the most part a great experience, a little more micro managing at times but overall good experience.

      Not the best raises for everyone per year, some favoritism.

      Avantages

      Project Managers and Corporate officers keep in touch with employees on contracts to address needs. Very good employee recognition and awards program.

      Inconvénients

      Hesitant to allow employees with certain skillsets to work in departments aligned with that skillset, benefitting both the department with additional help and employee in keeping the skill current. Prone to terminate employees with legal action to avoid financial obligations.
