Supervisors are on top, showing their attitude. They don't even try to help their teammates when they face problems during work; instead, they mock or laugh at them. There are no fixed salaries. They don't provide medical leaves, but they make sure to cut the daily wage if we take even a single leave. Politics is so much here. Please don't join this company, no matter how much in need you are.
