      Avantages

      Was a great place to work, but pay not ideal. No matter, haven't been there for decades, just needed to fill out a review.

      Inconvénients

      Pay was commission based for repair costs, subject to company changing commission schedules annually. You could easily do the same work one year to the next and make less each year.
