What an awful place! If you are in your mid 40's or over - run - don't walk. HORRIBLE ageism at this company. For a company that purports to understand data - they should be paying attention to how they make hiring decision - i.e., based on evidence not prejudice.

Avantages

- working with the latest tools and exploring new solutions instead of maintaining old systems - solid team support so you aren't stuck on an island when things get weird - seeing how different companies operate which builds experience much faster - company support for learning and getting new certifications - getting exposure to different industries and challenging problem sets

Inconvénients

- juggling 3+ calendars and tracking every hour is a tedious chore - shifting gears between different client projects all day can get mentally exhausting
