      Avantages

      Company culture is everything. InterWorks has done a great job preserving the startup 'feel' to company. I enjoy going to work every day and seeing my team members. I am given the flexibility to work remotely and even get PTO hours back when on vacation if I choose to work. The environment is relaxed and the responsibility I am given on day 1 is more than I've received at a company after working there for several years. My time and effort at InterWorks is truly valued.

      Inconvénients

      Health insurance is great but not covered 100% by employer. More training for the initial role would be more helpful and get new employees up to speed a lot faster.

      Avantages

      The most welcoming onboarding experience I have ever had the pleasure to be a part of. The team here has a unique way of making the process exciting and really showcasing what all the company has to offer. The people are friendly and very willing to share experience and knowledge with everyone to create a stronger team overall. My daily work is the a satisfying mix of technical and process that blends into a interesting day everyday. I can see new challenges along with the tools and methods to conquer them in my future here at such a great company. Here is to many more days as a part of the InterWorks power team!

      Inconvénients

      This is a consultation company and as such the style of work will not click with everyone. The hierarchy used in roles here is not as defined as other companies, although this does lead to a more dynamic work place overall.
