      Avantages

      Great people, great clients, amazing work culture/environment. Perks unlike any company I've ever worked for, including birthday/anniversary gifts, a huge holiday party, a fully stocked kitchen. Monthly luncheons, bi-weekly lunch meetings with our teams, after hours events and quarterly outings. Managment encourages training, pays for classes/certifications.

      Inconvénients

      Cubicle office space (if that isn't your thing).

      Avantages

      - working with the latest tools and exploring new solutions instead of maintaining old systems - solid team support so you aren't stuck on an island when things get weird - seeing how different companies operate which builds experience much faster - company support for learning and getting new certifications - getting exposure to different industries and challenging problem sets

      Inconvénients

      - juggling 3+ calendars and tracking every hour is a tedious chore - shifting gears between different client projects all day can get mentally exhausting
