      Avantages

      - decent compensation for Oklahoma - lots of perks if in office - great culture - lengthy interview process to ensure smart and ambitious people join the company - A CEO who truly does have an open door policy - great holiday parties - free food in offices - pretty good benefits. Cheap and good insurance. 401k at 6% matching - the best tableau partner in the industry - one of the best snowflake partners

      Inconvénients

      - not a great support system for remote employees - client gigs are typically just one consultant, and can be lonely - flat structure can conflict with the ambitious and driven people that are hired - salary doesnt compete as well when outside of Oklahoma - will likely require travel - likely will never grow into a large (1k or 2k employee) co resulting firm

      Avantages

      The most welcoming onboarding experience I have ever had the pleasure to be a part of. The team here has a unique way of making the process exciting and really showcasing what all the company has to offer. The people are friendly and very willing to share experience and knowledge with everyone to create a stronger team overall. My daily work is the a satisfying mix of technical and process that blends into a interesting day everyday. I can see new challenges along with the tools and methods to conquer them in my future here at such a great company. Here is to many more days as a part of the InterWorks power team!

      Inconvénients

      This is a consultation company and as such the style of work will not click with everyone. The hierarchy used in roles here is not as defined as other companies, although this does lead to a more dynamic work place overall.
