Inconvénients
Interac's leadership is undoing many of the factors that previously earned the company a reputation as a "top employer." They cite market forces to rationalize these changes, but lack a well-informed strategy or comprehension of the daily work done by middle and lower-level managers to drive meaningful improvements. For all new hires, be aware they will be mandating a return to the office from the current manager and business need to a minimum three days per week (CEO would like full back). An easy decision for leadership who often don’t have the same at-home requirements with family or commuting. A decision based on zero employee consultation below executive leadership shows the disconnect in action.
