Avantages

Free lunch but in return there is no lunch-break so that you could work and eat at the same time. Seldom work overtime. Steep learning curve, learn how the platform works,learn how a brokerage firm works. No politics, no social gatherings. There is no need to play politics as there are no promotion opportunities, and you are so busy with your work thus no time to chit-chat. Management don”t care as long as you get the tasks done.

Inconvénients

No prospect, low pay , non stop busy work during office hours, middle management quite useless .

- lunch credit - 3 days in office, 2 days wfh

Inconvénients

* no sign-on bonus or initial rsu grant; stock is granted at year-end and still subject to a 5-year vesting schedule * 401k match takes 6 years to fully vest * very old tech stack, with little to no effort to modernize anything * most engineering managers have been here for 15+ years and seem fairly out of touch with how modern tech companies operate; communication is difficult and there’s a noticeable lack of vision
