It is a great place to get your feet wet, and an introduction to the integration industry as a whole. You can get lots of hands-on time with real projects that you get to see the process from start to finish. The people at the company truly believe in their work and how they can help others with this work.

The company is outdated, and refuses to grow. Frustrations from many staff about policies that were overdue to change several years ago, frustrations about lower-level staff not being heard, frustration about declining income that has created a more toxic work environment where people talk about change but never enact it. Potentially sketchy and unsafe practices that no one has the experience to double check.
