      Avantages

      I was an intern for 5 months under the Brand Strategy team. I was given many opportunities to work on various projects and felt like I wasn't treated just as an intern. The people are very inclusive and nurturing. Company's culture is fun and dynamic. I found it a great environment to work in.

      Avantages

      -Fun, smart people -Big name clients and (some) interesting projects -Decent work-life balance (but this is not true for everyone/ every role)

      Inconvénients

      -Lots of change and many rounds of layoffs in the last year+ -Many big-egoed senior leaders who are difficult to work with and do not care about team's development -Projects can become very rinse and repeat; ultimately most clients have the same fundamental brand problems -Recent austerity measures due to IPG acquisition + internal politics = VERY slow to promote people -Once you reach a certain level, your growth maxes out unless you are buddies with the CEO and able to get into a global leadership position -Mandated 3 days/week in-office for ALL employees regardless of role, situation, or location
