      Avantages

      Nice offices. Good support if you are a LO. High performance LOs are considered VIPs. A couple of lawyers run the place to keep it legal.

      Inconvénients

      A small group of executives control everything. No health insurance. No VPs or directors except for a few. You are nobody in the company unless you are one of the few executives, a branch manager, or high performing LO.

      Avantages

      I didn't have many pros there. They have a lot of loan products and hold special events for sales.

      Inconvénients

      There is no room for growth.
