Since starting with iDesign the company has experienced some changes. Leadership, performance, and operations have influenced me the most. The team has always been great. Even from my first day anyone and everyone has been there to make sure I am clear on my responsibilities. Answering questions, and making me feel like part of the team. This type of teamwork makes me feel like we are all helping each other. Change is never an easy thing to adapt to, but the improvements I have experienced have helped us work smarter and effectively make our jobs easier. The company is running smoother than I have seen it, and the concern shown during COVID says a lot about the of the company. High character leadership.
Inconvénients
Shortened summer hours makes it difficult to get overtime. Overdue for a promotion.
