Partiality in terms of benefits, leaves, and treatment based on where you live. Suppression of original thought, and no consultation with the people who will be affected by a decision. Looking at the current trajectory, the company is moving towards an AI content farm, focussing on quantity and sponsored content. I share this opinion with many still working.
