      Avantages

      managers are organised and very knowledgeable. Office staff are efficient and ready to assist when on the road. Routes are pre-determined and once you travel the area for a few days you learn the fastest route etc. Left to manage your own time and workload.

      Inconvénients

      time constraints, working to dead lines. Dealing with situations when the customer is not in, but a parcel must be delivered. Crappy drivers!!!! No opportunity to rise within the company.

      Avantages

      Making friends with friendly collegues. Enjoyable days getting out and about on the (sometimes open) road. Always learning of new places.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours sometimes make life difficult in terms of health appointments, getting to the bank or post office and although its enjoyable its tiring.
