      Avantages

      Diverse areas of support. You may support all areas of IT to include datacenter, route/switch, voice, web hosting, ISP provider, etc. Would be a good environment for someone in the entry-mid level skill set.

      Inconvénients

      Company seems to lack direction. Pay is less because of the size of company. The work week is typically a lot more than 40 hours I would say that over 60 is not all that uncommon; and the additional hours are not compensated.
