      Very political senior management The bosses are motivated by their own agenda instead of helping their staff to succeed no room for growth as there is no succession planning for staff

      IRRI is a great place to work for those with interest in agricultural sciences, rural development, international agriculture.

      Inconvénients

      Like any other nonprofit organization, it is vulnerable to occasional budget cuts/decreased donor funding.
